Adventurous Evening

Last night, we went to meet up with a semi full of seed that was coming straight from Powell, Wyoming.  This was a direct-to-farm delivery and the driver didn't have a pallet jack and we also needed a forklift to unload.  So we headed out there to get the truck unloaded at 6:30 pm so that he could get on the road tomorrow and on with his travels.  We had no problems unloading the truck and we got him on his way.

On the way to the farm, I started to smell diesel, but Heath just thought that he got some on his jeans when he was loading the forklift.  Turns out, we had a big leak and had leaked all the way down the driveway.  The pickup would not start.  We ended up lifting the hood and finding out that the injector line had blown.  With the help of the farmers and Heath's dad, we tried several things.  The pickup would start, but then it would blow again!  Finally, after quite some time of trying, we towed the pickup back to the office.  We needed to get the forklift home because we had to unload a seed semi this morning.

There is one place in town that sells Dodge parts that new and we were lucky enough to find the part and  we are off and running again!  Yay!  It's going to be a great day!!

Not the greatest picture...off of my phone...but a memory at least!

Thank you to everyone who helped us out!  Your help was awesome!  :)
